Two installation records follow, drawn from machines in service today. One design partner at marketplace scale, one founder-operated property built on the machine from day one. All real, all reporting to their own ledgers.
Zulily runs at marketplace scale, and by early 2026 the operating reality looked like most retail at scale: the warehouse of record, the messaging spine, the storefront, the mobile app, the loyalty program, and a long tail of dashboards and scripts gluing the pieces together. The data was there. The decisions were not. In March 2026 Zulily deployed AGYNTX as a private, white-labeled instance: ZuSuite. The brand stayed Zulily-purple. The architecture became AGYNTX. Merchandisers stopped opening eight tabs to plan a Monday email, and the operators who used to wait for software now ship their own tools on top of the platform.
27aDay was built on a different bet: that an AI operating system could do the operational work of a full team, and the human in the loop only needed to set strategy, approve creative, and own the relationships. Golfers have great taste in gear and bad luck with timing; the deals are real but scattered across affiliate networks and gone in hours. A native iOS app could solve it, if the app could be fed faster than a human team could feed it. The app went from idea to App Store in weeks, approved on first review pass, and the business now runs on a nightly pipeline no human touches. One operator. Zero standing employees. The bet was right.
The wider set. Each installation stamped, serialed, and reporting to its own ledger.
“AGYNTX caught a pricing anomaly on a Friday night that would have cost us six figures by Monday. No one was watching. It was.”
